We love celebrating happy and healthy lifestyles, so as a nod to nutrient dense food, we wanted to outline how Gratisfied bars are especially good for you! Also, in light of recent events, stocking up on superfoods can support a strong immune system.
Here is a list of how every. single. one. of our ingredients works to improve your nutrition and overall health!
All-Natural Almond Butter: Serves as a good source of the healthy monounsaturated fats our bodies need. These fats are associated with lowering the risk of heart disease.
Organic Hemp Seeds: Also called Hemp Hearts, it’s rich in healthy fats and essential fatty acids. They are also a great protein source and contain high amounts of vitamin E.
Organic Sunflower Seeds: Help lower blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar as they contain vitamin E and magnesium.
Organic Pumpkin Seeds: Good source of antioxidants, magnesium, zinc and fatty acids — all of which may help keep your heart healthy!
Organic Unsweetened Shredded Coconut: Especially high in manganese, which is essential for bone health and the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and cholesterol.
