I love a chocolate truffle. I remember every holiday season, my best friend’s mom would keep a bowl of Ferrero Rochers in the living room. I would sneak one every time I walked by, too tempted by the beautiful display and gold foil. Since then, I have Healthified a lot of truffle recipes, but I don’t think any have been as easy as this one.
Using Gratisfied Cacao Granola Clusters saves you steps, time, and ingredients. The clusters are already made with high quality organic cacao powder, seeds and other superfoods. All you have to do is blend them with some dates and coconut oil. If that is where you want to stop, by all means, they will be delicious, but if you want to take it up a notch, simply melt some chocolate in the microwave and coat. There are both white chocolate and dark chocolate options below!
