Healthified BBQ Sauce & Ways To Enjoy It!

As the consciousness around added sugar continues, we are well aware these days to pay close attention to the ingredients list of processed food. Not only is refined sugar blatantly found in various packaged goods marketed to be “healthy,” (cereals, granola bars, yogurts, etc), but can be hiding in items you wouldn’t suspect: dips, dressings, sauces, and the like.

If you are frustrated by the high-fructose corn syrup found in your favorite BBQ sauce, we’ve got your back. Find our healthified concoction below, including a BBQ chicken recipe you won’t want to miss. The list of ingredients is long, but don’t let that deter you! Once you make a batch, you will have it in your fridge to grab for up to 2 weeks, which is why we have provided other ways to use it as well.
