Apple Thyme Crisp with Empower Bar Crumble

When our head of production filled me in on a recipe she created using crumbled Empower Bar on top of an apple crisp, I knew we needed to share it with you!

This is why I love these bars so much – they are so versatile. From being enough on their own in bar form to their delicious ability to dress up a dessert, you can’t go wrong. Not to mention they bring with them the beauty of blood sugar balance! I can attest to the fact that this crisp is tasty enough for a sweet treat, and nutritious enough for breakfast (mixed with some coconut yogurt!).

We had so much fun in the kitchen baking, creating and photographing, we will be bringing more fun recipes your way! If you have any ideas or requests, we would love to hear them. Happy baking!
