Chocolate Mint Smoothie with Cacao Clusters
A refreshing and hormonal balancing smoothie for your follicular phase in particular. If you love the chocolate and mint combination, you will love this concoction. Top with Cacao Clusters for a nice, nutritious crunch at the end.

dairy-free milk of choice
I used homemade Brazil nut milk (see note)

filtered water
or use 1 cup of milk

handful leafy greens
spinach, kale, microgreens

cup
frozen zucchini

small frozen banana
or 2/3 large banana
1/4
flesh of an avocado
1
scoop
chocolate protein powder
I use Be Well By Kelly brand

mint leaves

Gratisfied Cacao Clusters
for topping (see note)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until creamy, about 1 minute. Pour into a glass and top with Cacao Clusters. Enjoy!
