3-Ingredient Chocolate Protein Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium banana mashed
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder of choice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉. Add 2-3 muffin liners to a muffin tin (or use one or a ramekin for a single serving).
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, egg, and protein powder until a batter is formed (it will be thicker than regular muffin batter). Transfer the batter to the muffin tin, filling each liner halfway (or all the way to the top if using one).
  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Allow the muffins to cool for about 10 to 20 minutes. Enjoy!
