How do you incorporate an Empower Bar or V Bar into your day?
“I love both the bars! As I begin to transition to a more plant based lifestyle I’ll have the V bar more frequently, but they are my go-to post workout snack or on the go snack. I also use them on my oats as a topping or eat them for dessert with some PB of AB.”
What positive results have you noticed since eating them?
“These bars are FANTASTIC. They fill me up, taste so good, and don’t give me an upset stomach or anything.”
What is your overall nutritional philosophy in a few sentences?
“Eat in a way that make YOU feel good. Don’t label food as good or bad, listen to your body and trust your intuition. Your body will tell you what it needs/wants, don’t ignore that.”
What is your favorite form of self-care?
“Ultimate self care for me is some for of movement daily, lots of greens and colorful food, essential oils in a diffuser or topically at night, reading before bed (no screen time), and meditation twice a day (in the morning and at night). I try and implement these tactics daily.”
Favorite wellness quote?
“Listen to your body.”
