Sara's Signature Skinny Margarita
A lighter twist on a traditional margarita. With fresh squeezed lime juice, orange juice, and soda water, this cocktail is lower sugar and refreshing. Make it a mocktail and leave out the tequila.

- ice
- 2 ounces tequila
- 2 ounces fresh squeezed lime juice from about 2 limes
- 1.5-2 ounces fresh squeezed orange juice from about 1/2 medium orange
- 1 teaspoon agave or honey
- soda water
- jalapeno slices optional
If using a cocktail shaker, add ice, tequila, lime juice, orange juice, and the agave/honey. Put the top on, and shake for about 5 to 10 seconds.
Pour over ice in a cocktail glass rimmed with salt (if desired). Add soda water to taste and jalapenos if using. Enjoy!
