Overnight Oats Protein Yogurt
Start your morning with this protein-packed and fiber-filled breakfast bowl. Creamy soaked oats are stirred with yogurt and protein powder to provide a unique whipped taste and texture, which is a delicious base for toppings of your choice.

- 1/3 cup organic rolled oats gluten-free if necessary
- 4-5 ounces milk of choice
- 80 grams greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
- 18-20 grams vanilla protein powder
- toppings of choice
In a mason jar or small Tupperware container, combine the oats and milk. Soak in the fridge for at least 6 hours, or ideally overnight.
When soaked, transfer the oats and milk mixture to a small bowl. Add the yogurt and protein powder and stir to combine until whipped and creamy. Add toppings of choice.
