Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or filtered water or coconut water
  • 3/4 cup combination of frozen peaches and frozen raspberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen sliced zucchini or frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I use Be Well By Kelly brand

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
