Place the chicken in a plastic bag. Add 1 cup of the sauce and marinate for at least an hour.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook 7-8 minutes until all sides of the chicken are browned.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook 18-20 minutes or until internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees.
