Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 cups coconut water or coconut milk (depending on desired consistency)
  • 2 handfuls leafy greens
  • ½ cup frozen carrots (baby carrots or chopped regular)
  • 2-3 frozen nut milk cubes (or 1/2 frozen banana for extra sweetness)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg
  • dash of vanilla
  • ½ inch cube of ginger

Instructions
 

  • Put ingredients into a blender, blend together, and enjoy!
