Tiger Nut Milk

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw tiger nuts, soaked in water for 4-6 hours or overnight
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place soaked tiger nuts and filtered water in a high-speed blender. Process on high for 1-2 minutes. 
  • Strain through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth.

Notes

Storage: Store in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 1 week.
