Tiger Nut Milk

Ingredients

raw tiger nuts
, soaked in water for 4-6 hours or overnight
4
cups
filtered water
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
(optional)
Instructions
Place soaked tiger nuts and filtered water in a high-speed blender. Process on high for 1-2 minutes.
Strain through a
nut milk bag
or cheesecloth.

: Store in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 1 week.
